How much per Square Foot?
Square footage pricing varies with every home. Many factors go into this price. Each of our homes is unique and tailored to the aesthetics and plans selected by the customer.
How long will it take to build my home?
Every home build time is different depending not only on the details of the home, but also on availability of materials and labor. Ryno Ensures that extreme efforts will be taken to schedule and stay on pace with an efficient building process.
Where do I get my house plans?
We work with our customers to have plans drawn with our architect or their own architect. Plans may also be purchased online.
What size homes do you build?
We build custom homes from 1500 Square Feet and Up.
What are the proper steps to take before building a custom home?
A decision should be made regarding an affordable budget. If financing is needed, we recommend that you speak with a bank/company regarding construction loan options. You would next select a location by finding and purchasing land for building or choose a lot owned by Ryno. Once a site is selected and plans are completed, preliminary cost numbers can be calculated for your home, including upgrades and allowances. After the budget is finalized and approved, it can be forwarded to the bank/mortgage company. Afterwards, the construction process may proceed.
What to look for when purchasing land?
When searching for land in a subdivision, check with the developer and/or homeowners association for building restrictions and make sure the lot size is large enough for the size of the home you want to build. When searching for tracts of land outside of a subdivision, consider the following: Is there gas, electric, sewer/septic availability? How far the setback of the home is determines the cost of utilities. Also, site preparation that needs to be completed prior to construction is needed to be evaluated for additional costs.
How do you set a budget?
We put a bid together based on the plan provided. We also have customers make their selections to determine any upgrades to the cost of the home.
